Aurora convenes the world's wisdom traditions — religious and secular — on the foundational questions artificial intelligence raises for humanity: dignity, responsibility, and flourishing.
The values embedded in AI today will shape how these systems operate for decades. Yet the deepest questions are too often left to the small circle building the technology. Aurora broadens the debate, bringing moral wisdom from across traditions and beyond the West into serious engagement with those developing, deploying, and governing AI.
Its purpose is not only to convene reflection, but to create a disciplined space for moral discernment — to ensure the deepest questions are asked while the answers can still be shaped, and translating that insight into forms that can influence how AI is built, governed, and lived with in practice.

Following an inaugural gathering at the Vatican in November 2025, Aurora is developing a standing Wisdom Council on AI and a high-level convening there in autumn 2026.
